These days, there’s nothing new you can tell me about the way chocolate products are manufactured! After 21 years at Baronie, I have progressed from a production line worker, through to a position of responsibility for the management of the raw materials we use, as well as a role in coaching the workers on the production floor. Helping to assist colleagues to create new products – and finding solutions for producing them in the most effective way possible – is something that delivers true fulfilment!
